I made it clear at my Brixton consultation that I did not want my hair to turn black, yet it was dyed such a dark brown it appeared black - exactly what I asked to avoid. I raised this and was told it would fade, but it didn’t. After contacting customer services, I went to the Vauxhall branch where a correction was agreed, but the appointment was never booked. I was then given conflicting information and promised a call back which never came. Appalling service.
