Despite having an extensive talk to the stylist and showing him FIVE images of what I wanted, length, chop, style, he did not cut it short enough - leaving me with an unworkable, awkward length, barely spoke to me throughout, was very, very rough with my head and I have an extremely bad neck. Very angry and dissatisfied!!!
