It was totally empty when I arrived for my 11am appointment, which made me worry slightly.
The salon itself is very stylish and big, the staff were friendly enough - sometimes there was a language barrier - and the cut was good, not the best I've had but good value for money. No effort was made to make conversation whilst I was having my hair cut and although this doesn't bother me greatly, I came out feeling that the experience wasn't as memorable as it could have been.
I would go again but perhaps a more senior member of staff.

Staff are really friendly, nicely decorated. The hairdresser I had was quite heavy handed and left my scalp a bit sore, plus I asked for it to be styled wavy and she said she didn't have time after blow drying to curl it as she had another appointment which was disappointing. Cut was fine.

Great experience all around, from the moment I stepped in until I left. The hairdresser gave a good consultation and got exactly what I wanted, all in a very friendly manner but without the pointless chit chat you get some places! Highly recommend Lily!
