OK haircut, hairdresser wasn't particularly friendly or talkative but it got done and I was fairly happy with the result.

My usual hairdresser has left London so I decided to give Live True Brixton a try,
Younes was really friendly and attentive - he took time to explain the detail of the shades selected for the balayage and each step of the process.
The assistant that washed my hair was also super friendly and professional.
Really pleased with both my colour and cut. Will definitely return :)

I took an appointment for a glossing treatment at 4:45 but I been asked to come 15 minutes before.
I came at 4:30 but anyway I been waiting 20 minutes to be served.
The creative coulorist gave me some tips about how to cut my hair next time promising to show me some pictures but he never did.
He told me to wait 15 minutes after applying the product but just after half an hour probably noticing I was getting impatient he sent to me an other girl, I believe she was a trainee, to finish my treatment, as he was busy with an other customer.
I'm wondering why we need to choose which kind of stylist we want for our treatment, paying different rated, if anyway they are not after us.
I felt treated as a second class customer.
