Scottish lady hairdresser (am terrible with names, sorry!) was lovely, and did my hair perfectly. Exactly what I wanted. Only tiny thing was that I expected my hair to be fully dried after getting highlights, but that's probably my bad for not reading the fine print! Would recommend though for sure.

I like Gro and I'll go back. Just really unhappy with the cut this time. I saw someone else from the usual person I see. I asked to keep the exact style I have and just a trim to make it more manageable. It is not anything like the style I arrived with and is now really hard to manage and doesn't sit right and I'm going to have to get another appointment (somewhere else) to get it sorted. I will go back to Gro but to see my usual person. It was a nice experience and the person who cut my hair was really nice but it's just not a good cut/style for me.
