When I first arrived (on time) there was nobody on reception to greet me for at least 10 minutes, none of the other hairdressers stopped what they were doing to see to me. That said, once I was in Federico's hands, it was a lovely experience. He seemed to understand my hair really well, he was friendly, listened carefully and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Super speedy too which is important on a Friday night! I'll definitely visit again.

The hairdresser might as well have put a bowl on my head and trimmed around it with shears, my hair is a mess. Blunt, untidy, layers and fringe are uneven. Over priced for the quality. Complaint made - manager calling me back.
