I visited this week and had Federico. He gave me the best haircut I have had in years! He is so passionate about hairdressing and it really comes across. He spent time going through my hair with me, and talking through what I wanted done. I will 100% come back!

This was my first time - the reception desk is at the back and I didn't realise this when I came in. I stood there quite a while as staff ignored me until one of them grumpily told me the reception is at the back. I would recommend moving the reception desk to an area that makes more sense to a first time visitor. Lorena the hairdresser was very efficient and nice. I would have liked more cut off but I didn't feel I had time as she had another customer on the go at the same time.

Frederico give me a cut and blow dry, great service and very talented, loved the finish. Hair wash wasn't great, a lot of water and shampoo in my ear, and the girl came across moody but everything else was great! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Been here a few times generally been very happy each time and had my hair cut by 4 different people now. This last time the guy barely cut any off, cut a bit more off when I asked and now 4 weeks later it needs cutting again - would usually last 8 weeks. Will go back but to someone else.
