Deeply unsatisfactory customer service. Salon claimed that they had not received confirmation from Treatwell and they couldn't find the appointment, despite the fact i had prepaid and showed them email confirmation of the service (they later admitted that they had IT issues). They then refused to give me a refund because it was through Treatwell despite the fact that I had not received the service. They refused to fit me in despite the Salon being pretty empty. Given that refunds & having my hair cut by another stylist was not an option, we went through a lengthy process of trying to rearrange the appointment. Where I was told the times I wanted were unavailable. There was a date in two weeks time but the stylist I had pay for was unavailable but I was told that I would have to pay MORE for a more expensive stylist. The person sorting out this enquiry was at best unhelpful and at worst a little rude. I emailed the manager who did not sympathise with my situation or attempt to remedy it in anyway. Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever faced.
