Unfortunately thou the place was great and staff really pleasant the treatment did not work for me. No straightening effect and I am not sure why. I have had this before in another salon and worked. I didn't wash hair as directed for 50 hours and I bought the recommended shampoo. I was unable to go and speak to the team as went on holiday for two weeks. (The reason for doing treatment)
