Having had my afro hair styled here before, I thought nothing of making another appointment via Treatwell. On arrival atvl 9.45 I was told that they were unable to style my hair because it was afro and referred me to their Clapham branch for a 10.30 appointment the same day. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume I would be able to make an appointment to have my afro hair styled at a salon I'd used twice previously. I was really annoyed as I'd travelled from Earls Court and didn't want to then have to make my way to Clapham. Nevertheless, the stylist at the Clapham branch was excellent and did a great job of my hair.
The first time I visited my experience was OK, the hairdresser was late and customer service wasn’t great. This time I had a completely opposite experience. Everything about my visit was perfect, the hairdresser was brilliant giving my so my tips when I described how I’d like my hair- none of these tips included hard selling the products they have in the salon like many hairdressers understandably do. The customer service was fantastic too, I wasn’t sure if I’d return after my first visit but now I’ll defjnitely be back again
The stylist was great, we had a chat about what I wanted in a cut and she made good suggestions. I was really happy with the end result. The head massage, coffee and magazines were really appreciated too.
