Diana was great! Would definitely recommend her and she did a great job doing what I asked for. She was the perfect amount of chatty as well. One thing to note is that a toner and hair treatment cost extra, so what I thought was an inexpensive dye turned expensive as I had to pay an extra £40 so I could get the colour I wanted without killing my hair.
