Louise was absolutely lovely but I booked for a Hollywood wax and essentially ended up with just a bikini wax. I thought we would get to the back at the end but in hindsight, I should’ve raised it when it was missed. I paid the full price because I was concerned that I had booked incorrectly through Treatwell but I did book for a Hollywood.
