I booked here after seeing some great reviews. The technician was 45mins late seeing me and there was no apology/ explanation offered as to why. I was happy with my nails, but I felt like the technician could have talked me through my length/ shape a bit more

There is a man there who injured me twice - I had to ask to change technicians. He was also rude to me when I pointed out he hurt me. Next time I booked for a time and they triple booked with not enough staff despite us all prepaying and booking. Would not recommend
