I booked a shellac manicure and already pre-paid for it. When I was about to leave, they told me that the colour I picked was not included, that it was a special one and I should pay an extra of £7 for it, even though when I arrived at the shop nobody told me anything about different prices for colours and they just gave me all of them to choose from. Not only that but also, they did the manicure totally in a rush. Beyond disappointed for my first booking, I feel scammed! I’ll never come back!!!
