The treatment did not happen at the venue. They made me go there to be told I have to go to their other shop which is in Earl’s Court. I had to spend money with transport and the reason why I chose the initial location is that it is next door to my house and I also had to cancel an appointment I had after because obviously it took me overall much longer than expected. I wish they had called me in advance and given me the freedom to choose another beauty salon. Also, the gel has already chipped

Booked for ombre infills and the booking was accepted. I was announced at arrival that ombre can't be done on infills. Had to to remove current nails and re-apply new acrylic nails.No phonecall to let me know in advance.Please bare in mind that I booked 2 weeks before and this treatment was prepaid.I decided to go for pink and white french (extra 5£).The white line is not the same in all, 1 nail has broken and white has come off.I will phone for correction and I am happy to change my review if..
