My friend and I booked an appointment slot, when we got there we had to wait 30-45 minutes past our slot time. We did not receive an apology. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the salon or the interactions with the staff. Rather disappointing as I do not get my nails done often and this was a special occasion.
