Very relaxed atmosphere, welcomed with a hot beverage and a consult on what I was looking for. Yvonne was professional at all times as well as being considerate and caring. Yvonne is very good at what she does and will endeavour to give her client the benefit of her expertise. Will definitely be going there again.
