While the girls were great; friendly and informative, I was disappointed with the 'balayage'.
The colour itself is fine, but it was foil highlights - not balayage. So, I've got the stripy effect of highlights (which I didn't want) rather than the seamless, natural effect of balayage.
Unfortunate as the cut is good and the girls are lovely.
