It was my first time going to Lithops and having the hydra facial last week and it was a great experience. I couldn’t stop raving about how good it was all night— I felt my skin looked 30 years younger. The customer service and hospitality were good and I would recommend it to anyone

Ceylan was quite pleasant but had a dog with her for no obvious medical purposes and she kept letting the dog run into the room while I was getting the treatment, the dog also ran under the table I was lying on which made me super self conscious and worried as there are machinery and not comfortable when having treatments done. Also they kept opening the door and leaving it open and I was very wary there were other workers from a different company within close distance. Only reasons for 3 stars.
