never received any treatment as they did not do what I was wanting was very polite on the phone look forward to trying out one of there treatments.
Overall a good experience but things felt a bit rushed and the atmosphere/ambience wasn't the best. That said the staff were friendly and it was very good value.

I had THE best facial and massage today and can't recommend Lisa enough. The room was lovely and warm as was the massage table which makes such a difference. Lovely ambience, products and care and I left feeling super relaxed, I've had lots of massages over the years and can honestly say this was the best one. Lisa made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was right and she talked about each product she was using and why it would be good for my skin type. I felt very relaxed and confident and will absolutely be back!
I have been going to Lisa for hydradermies every 4/5 weeks now for about eight years.
The hydradermie room is lovely and personal, with a heated bed for those cold Scottish afternoons. You are the only person in the salon at the time and Lisa dedicates all her time to ensuring you are relaxed (some of her music is a bit debatable though - lol!). I totally agree with 'saraedinburgh' when she says that having a facial by Lisa is like having a nice relaxing chat with a friend. Lisa knows when to chat - and also when you are so far relaxed that you are about to fall asleep!
Lisa is very knowledgable about the products. We all know that our skin changes condition because of factors such as stress, tiredness, air conditioning, travelling, sunshine, hormones etc… and yet at each appointment, Lisa examines your skin condition and uses the appropriate exfoiliator, cleanser, toner, masque and moisturiser for your skin at that particular time.
Some products from other brands cause my skin to have a very mild reaction in a localised area. When I initially approached Lisa and explained this to her, she knew exactly what Guinot product to use on my face. After a couple of regular hydrameries from Lisa, my skin felt like it was back to its normal self. I was hooked!
I have always liked the smell and feel of Guinot products and Lisa is able to tell me exactly what is in each product. She always knows I am going to ask her what that nice smell is!!
Lisa will also recommend products for your own use based on your skin type and these really do complement the hydradermies.
To summarise - I can highly recommend a hydradermie from Lisa. Go on - give it a try!
