Great massage by Lisa! one thing I would note is that I could hear the treatment / consultation in the next room (osteopathy or physiotherapy). I wasn't bothered by it, but mentioning it here just in case it makes a difference to someone else.

Had a good massage, but building it was in wasn’t so pleasant. In a lot of pain the following day, but often this is a sign that it’s working!
