I highly recommend Lisa. She pays great attention to detail and consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. When I asked her to focus on specific areas, she was very flexible and adapted her approach easily. I always felt better after each session and genuinely miss them now that I’m not in London. She also has a lovely demeanour — friendly, caring, and fully focused — which makes the whole experience both relaxing and reassuring. Lisa, I look forward to seeing you soon!
