Lisa is an absolute gem, and one I wish I didn't have to share with others! She has been helping me mainly with my rotator cuff issues and lower back pain, something which is from when I played Wheelchair Basketball for Great Britain. My body took a beating during the years and competing at 3 Paralympics took it's toll on me.
Her knowledge is excellent and she's very attentive to how much pressure she is using if I'm having a day where my muscles are particularly sensitive.
