Lisa is very friendly, and professional. She was very thoughtful and considerate of any muscle issues I had been experiencing. Also whilst it was not part of the treatment, Lisa also massages a quad muscle that was very tight. Overall I would happily recommend Lisa to anyone that requires some help in stretching muscles.

Targeted, Effective Treatment from Lisa I had a great experience with my recent sports massage from Lisa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew how to target areas of tightness and tension effectively. The pressure was spot on, and she worked through problem areas with real precision. I left the session feeling noticeably looser and more mobile, and my recovery after training has been much better since. Lisa really takes the time to understand what your body needs.
