I had a great experience with my recent sports massage from Lisa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew how to target areas of tightness and tension effectively. The pressure was spot on, and she worked through problem areas with real precision.
I left the session feeling noticeably looser and more mobile, and my recovery after training has been much better since. Lisa really takes the time to understand what your body needs.

Lisa is amazing — hands down the best lymphatic drainage massage I’ve ever had.

Lisa is so caring, she really cares about how I feel after the treatment and about my recovery, I am still waiting for a knee replacement and she has been helping me stay out of excruciating pain whilst waiting for it. Also encouraging me and showing me what exercises to do to keep fit for the surgery to have the best possible outcome. I shall be going to see her for recovery treatment after i finally get the op as well. Highly recommended if you're struggling with pain.
