Probably the worst hairdresser experience I have had
Will start off with the only positive aspect of the experience: the staff was friendly and certainly trained. All the rest was horrible. The place was filthy, with a single shower sink in the windowsill being used to wash your hair, to clean dishes and to fill up a kettle for coffee. Consequently, you spend 10 minutes of your life under someone else’s armpit while they do their best to reach around your head. Oh yes, and the water was initially cold. There was no attention to comfort throughout the experience - my scalp was continuously hit with the comb and subsequently with the hairdryer. The very long nails of the stylist also continuously scratching one’s ears. There was lots of rushing, seemingly because the stylist had another client waiting with another treatment already applied. As a result the stylist suddenly disappeared without saying a word and someone else had to take over??! Certainly not worth your money and completely beyond my mind how this place could have received top ratings for 2017 and 2018. Would never visit again.
