I was welcomed and kindly dealt with. My hairdresser then came and introduced herself. She found out exactly what I wanted and then did it. She was calm, kind thoughtful and efficient. And was meticulous about keeping hair off my person. She was chatty and quiet as appropriate. The whole visit was quick without being rushed.
