Annalia was great and made the whole experience very pleasant.
She was very attentive and we chatted through the whole process.
She gave me some advice on the hair cut which turned out to be wonderful, as well as showing me how to style my hair for when I’d have to do it at home.

I had a Silaplex treatment at the salon but it has really done nothing for my hair. It also felt quite rushed as Treatwell estimated the treatment would take between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes but I was in and out of the salon in 20 minutes. Ross did a great head massage 👍 But the hair washing station is in the basement which is not particularly nice & had a really strong drain smell
