Ross was lovely. Very professional and welcoming. Spoke with me on how I wanted everything to go and I was very happy with the end result. An added note is Maria is also lovely and even got a patch test and consultation for a dye session at the end of the cut! Lovely cosy little salon with lovely people. Would recommend.

overall i don't find this salon friendly/welcoming (owner and all stylists). My stylist was slightly dismissive to hair concerns and even sniggered when i when i spoke, and ultimately didn't cut or style my hair how i wanted - despite showing photos of a simple cut. something seemed a miss here on the day i was there (we all have days like that so I don't need chat if someone isn't up for it or in the mood). just felt disappointed as i was a returning customer. and don't think i will be back
