Lovely experience as always! I had this specific haircut request especially for my fringe and side-fringe. I don't think I was articulate enough to explain how I wanted it to be cut/styled, but Ross took time to listen, check the sample photos I showed him and tried to create the style I wanted :)

I would have selected all the factors - welcoming, friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable - if I could, as Maria offers them all. In the end, I had to go with "knowledgeable", because my hair is difficult, and younger stylists no longer have the skills to layer thick, slightly wavy hair in a pixie cut. But she's also great company and the hour passes very quickly. The salon has recently had a very stylish makeover and it's a pleasure to be there!
