The treatment I received at Lipstick and Gunpowder was amazing, from the warm welcome to the professional service. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted when I walked in but Maria was happy planning it with me. The cut ended up being absolutely perfect, and Maria gave me a super cute finish with the blow dry, I left with a huge smile on my face. I’ve gotten tons of compliments for my hair since, and I am very happy with the result. Definitely coming back to this place, and will recommend to friends! :)

Had a great time today with Maria - my hair was so dry and crunchy from having it bleached a few months back so I had an innoxluxe treatment and cut and blowdry. The innoluxe completely transformed my hair - can actually run my fingers through it! Cut was great - I've had trouble finding a good stylist before because I have Asian hair but the restyle suits me well. Overall it was a really pleasant experience!

Maria is a fabulous hairdresser, she took real care during the consultation.
I knew I was in safe hands and allowed Maria to transform my hair, I was stuck in a rut of having my hair the same for years. Maria gave me a completely new look that I am over the moon with. Lipstick and gunpowder is a rare find, a wonderful stylist who really cares about the end result.
I shall be using this salon heron, my hair is really difficult and I have in the past struggled to find a hairdresser that can manage my incredibly thick hair.
