Overall I am happy with my haircut and the value for money (50% off) however Luca I felt was distracted during my haircut he didn’t make any effort at all to talk to me and felt like he wanted to finish ASAP making me feel awkward. When I was having my hair blow-dried I noticed him distracted and he left the hair dryer on a particular part of hair for too long and it was painful!! I am always willing to give the benefit of doubt so I think he was just having a bad day! I won’t be returning personally however from other reviews I think this was a one off :)
