When I arrived the salon was obviously understaffed - not their fault at all, however this ended up affecting my treatment a lot so not professional. The shampoo&conditioner used on my hair made it dry and straw like, my stylist was VERY rough with my hair (it’s very long) and in the end the cut wasn’t entirely what I’d asked for. I left with a very sore scalp and a haircut that just wasn’t up to par. I was trying to give my stylist the benefit of the doubt as she was obviously having a bad day but in the end there was just too much wrong with my appointment for it to be excused.

Very welcoming and a great hair cut. I find some of the big salons quite intimidating but this was really comfortable and intimate. I will be rebooking!
