Had a really friendly welcome but hated my haircut. When asked how I wanted my hair, I stated I didn’t want to lose much of the length especially as I need it this length for when I am bridesmaid in a few weeks for the style I supposed to be having. I also asked for the layers to be kept light. I obviously don’t wear my glasses during the cut so I can’t see what is happening until my hair has already been chopped. The light trim I was hoping for ended up being a massacre of half the length of my hair with layers being choppy and square and hair shorter than I have had it in over a decade. Literally won’t be out of ponytails until this grows out. The fringe needs reshaping to something not rectangle and my hair has no hope of growing back to how I needed it for three weeks time.

I’m so pleased with my haircut, the best I’ve had in Brighton and Hove (and I’ve tried at least five other salons). I have fine hair and it’s really hard to make it look fuller but Luca did that! Amazing value seeing as it was half price. Thanks!
