Natalia was super friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was going for a colour change from brunette to pink and she made recommendations on the best way to colour and style my hair and how to take care of it at home. I don't often treat myself like this so it was a really nice experience and i had lots of fun chatting away. Love my hair now! Thanks Natalia x
