Waited 15mins for therapist to arrive to pre-arranged patch test&was asked what the appointment was for&products and client information been left out& no mask worn by therapist.I paid £5over price quoted when booking-didnt mind as therapist said theyd last 4weeks but they started to fall out on day 3.I was fair&requested appropriate amount of a refund&never got a response.They looked so bad the remaining few I took off myself which was painful as the glue was attached to some of the real eyelash

Wow wow wow! Honestly cannot emphasise how happy I am with my lashes!! I'm a regular lash-lifter at home in Glasgow, but needed a last minute appointment in Bangor when over seeing family. Shazia was lovely - first time I've ever had my lashes lifted and didn't feel uncomfortable for an hour. There was no pulling of my lashes, itchy liquid too close to my eyes, and Shazib was great at explaining what she was doing at each step of the process (which I've never experienced before but is very important when your eyes are forced close with a stranger playing about with chemicals!) and the results are astonishing. My lashes are the biggest and boldest that they've been. Honestly so happy with the treatment, only downside is that I can't upload a before/after image here and that I won't be able to get them regularly done here!!
