Atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing although I did go on a bank holiday Monday with the hairdresser closed. I still think the atmosphere would be great and I'm very pleased with my lash lift and would definitely go again

A little disappointed with the lack of service, the end result is ok. I wasn’t asked how I like my lashes or my brows, if I was I would have said I like a very natural look, extensions that are not too long and brows that are not super harsh. I lay down, was told to look up, tape was applied and she went straight into applying lashes, no consultation. The lashes are longer than my liking and my brows were super harsh I had to ask for them to be toned down before I could leave.
