Lily is fantastic, can’t fault her microneedling facial. Lost a couple of stars as the pre-treatment welcome wasn’t quite there. After sitting and waiting for about 15mins I had to ask for a tap water. Normally you feel really special and get offered a drink while waiting. This really adds to the experience.
