staff very pleasant and professional. only problem was door was wedged open so rather noisy. would have been nice if foot massage had been 5 or 10 minutes longer

Used very cheap strip lashes (only had choice of 3 options), took ages for them to stick down and dry. Once they did they were so hard and uncomfortable I had to take them off. So I basically spent £10 for nothing

Linh takes so much pride in her business. This is my third visit and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Shimen is excellent, meticulous, and the sweetest person. Ignore the reviews here about her poor English, her smile makes up for it! These ladies are a winning combo. The Trevor Sorbie front of house staff are lovely too, always with a cuppa tea while I wait. I only give 4/5 for ambience because it’s set inside a noisy hair salon, and I have some sensory issues - wouldn’t recommend for anyone on the autism spectrum for this reason. Other than that, 10/10!
