The treatments were done very well and the results were beautiful, so no issues here. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable because Linh was a bit rude at times and when I asked her not to wax or tweeze my eyebrows as I knew I couldn't handle the pain, she refused and did it anyway. Overall - the results were great, but the whole experience could've been better.

Was in Manchester on holiday and needed a quick manicure. Lovely, airy light space in a beautiful salon and Linh was so professional and thorough - I had an old gel polish on that was tricky to remove and she was so thorough. Hope I can go back another day.
