I was told before about what to expect on first visit, The procedure was 2 hours, I felt comfortable, warm and in safe hands. No pain for me, more like a scratch feeling. Colour & shape suited me and looked natural. 2nd visit in 4 weeks will be an hour appointment. No problems, all good.
