As a regular who has a manicure with no polish I thought a 20% increase in price was not welcome and might encourage regular clients such as myself to look elsewhere at a more reasonable price. I understand costs go up and thought a maximum 5-10% would of been fair if at all Shimen as ever was excellent and a credit to your company
