Very good experience overall. I was seen slightly later than my appointment time, which brings the rating down a bit for me as I would have struggled to fit this in my lunch hour had it have been. Despite this, once seen I did not feel rushed at all once I got seen so cannot fault value for money

It was really relaxing. They made small talk and then played the radio. Offered me a blanket when I was cold and got my lashes exactly like the Inspo pic I showed them
