Shocking..cut me and made my finger bleed, she tried to stop the bleeding for more than 10 min lutes pouring a blue liquid with no success but still decided to give her a second chance. Today I booked again and prepaid £32,after minutes she called me and asked me to cancel as she had another booking and to come 3 hours later! I told her I could not and to cancel . So I did and she fully charged me . Will report as fraud . Would be interesting to see what a council H&S inspection would find.
