Haircut was wonky, sitting in silence, had to ask to see the back, wash cut and rough dry out in 15 mins next time I will pay more money and get a better experience and better cut.
Shampoo still at the nape of my neck. Felt awkward and uncomfortable. I had joint piercings booked in which was cancelled last minute my daughters upset with no apology on arrival. I am a salon based hairdresser and I was shocked at customer care and courtesy. Not offered a drink etc. unfortunately will not return.
