Good shellac removal - did use a drill this time which has left my nails a bit scratched as opposed to the methods they’ve used previously. But always a professional ad thorough treatment.

I’ve always had good experiences at Lily Nails before, but the last two visits especially this one were disappointing. The manicurist kept asking me to relax my hand, which was confusing as my hand was already resting normally. But what bothered me most was the hand massage the manicurist pressed his nails into my palms quite forcefully, which left a bruise on my hand , Because of this experience, I’m hesitant to return if I could I would give no stars in this occasion

Beautiful nails, I saw my agent bring out sterilised instruments so I'm very happy with the cleansliness too. The young woman who did my nails (couldn't catch her name, she has a peacock feather tattoo) was very sweet and efficient. Thank you again!!
