I couldn't rate this place highly enough if I tried. I'm not there for a chat and neither are the staff. What I do come for is an outstanding treatment. I've been twice now and my first set of acrylics and shellac were flawless still after 3 weeks. I only went back because of regrowth! My infills and second set of shellac were equally amazing, as Lily painstakingly crafted her own twist on a convoluted design I brought her. My nails came out stunning. I can't wait to see what she does next! I will definitely be back.

The worst shellac I’ve ever had. I’ve given this place multiple tries because it’s seconds away from my flat but I won’t return again. I’ve had 4 shellac manicures and all have peeled off in under 2 weeks. I’ve had shellac manicures for years at other places and this has never happened to me. My last set started peeling and chipping in less than a week and I couldn’t save them no matter how hard I tried.

The appointment was approx 10 minutes late. The technician was friendly and I was initially happy with my shellac, but once I left I noticed some attention to detail was lacking. The cuticles weren’t pushed back enough - after 4 days you could see significant growth. The edges of the nails weren’t covered very precisely (can see the natural nail colour when inspecting the tips) and after just over a week, one has chipped because of this :(
