Made me feel unwelcome from the start - although I had an appointment (pre-paid eyebrow/nails) & they were not rushed/busy at the time of my arrival - they didn't want to proceed with the treatments and took a while before one therapist finally "decided" to go ahead with it. Unpleasant atmosphere - not sure if it was because it was pre-paid and they really couldn't care less...or it was just a bad/wrong day but I won't be going back. A shame as it is very close by. I won't recommend it.
