The salon does great nails but the fact that they don’t honour the appointment is not great I had to wait for 40 minutes even when I booked this. This is not acceptable

The place was overbooked and my appointment was late. When I finally sat down to have my nails done the station was filthy - there were nails everywhere (I didn’t even want to put my bag on the floor, gross), the nail files were old and dirty and the towel was dirty as well.

Sy’s attitude is bad. I wanted lilac tip nails, showed them pics prior to appt-they confirmed they can do them. Instead of using a nude powder for the base, Sy used acrylic. I asked if he’s sure it will work he said yes I will paint over with shellac. When he started painting with the lilac colour, the colours weren’t blending, he started looking at me like it’s my fault? He was very rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place esp if you’re black, not worth the price either.
