Really lovely first appointment, Helen asked all the right questions about shape and length and colour and her attention to detail making each nail perfect was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Did not have dipping nails, but a (okay) pedicure with normal nailpolish.
Then a gel polish manicure by another woman. Although I'm okay with the end result, the color on my fingernails was totally different than from what I chose from the color chart. Their explanation: the color may have faded on the chart bc it's old.
Another irritation: the manucurist used her own fingernails to push back my culticles and damaged it on two fingers while cutting what led them to bleed.
I will not return.
