The manicure and pedicure were done well, and I was happy with the result.
I was however disappointed to be charged a £10 gel removal fee when I returned for a new gel manicure. This fee was not listed on the price list. I was also previously told booking directly would be cheaper, but with this additional charge it wasn’t.
I hope the salon can make any extra fees clearer in future and added to their price list to avoid unpleasant surprises.
