Booked an appointment ahead but I was left sitting for 20 minutes with absolutely no updates about why or how much longer I would be kept. Waxing 'room' is a taped, screened off area at the back of the hair salon. As someone who gets their nails, hair, facials and waxing done frequently i completely understand delays occur but all it takes is an apology and a friendly update about how late the staff member is running behind to defuse the situation. So unimpressed with lack of communication and unprofessional attitude of the staff there.

I was very nervous to try a new hairdresser but lilly was lovely and cut my hair beautifully. she was very quick at cutting and blow drying my hair considering my hair is down to my wrist, will definitely be going back again =)
Lily is very good. She is easy to talk to& happy to do what I wanted.

it was OK, but not wow. The lady asked me if i want the shape changed and I said no but I didn't thought that she won't touch it at all. Not a lot of nice colors to chose from.
